New AOC Palette estate
Château des Trois Sautets

ExcellentBasée sur 101 avisRich Pond20 Juin 2024What a unique experience! We thought it would be interesting to visit a vineyard with a goat farm, and Trois Sautets did not disappoint. The Chaullier family has a remarkable set of businesses on their property. It is a relatively new winery but is already making very good wines. The Rove goats are remarkable, as is the cheese made from their fresh milk. It was so fun to be surrounded by friendly goats and dogs who enjoyed being petted. Just watch out for the geese! They are not so friendly. This was a very memorable experience, unlike any other vineyard we’ve visited.James Russell19 Juin 2024An excellent, authentic vineyard experience. The host Nicolas was really friendly, helpful and taught us a huge amount about wine, goats cheese and the production process of both. Amazing views and the wine and cheese were delicious!! I stopped here for a tasting when traveling from Avignon to Nice, and we absolutely loved it! The scenery is a beautiful mountainside, and the reception is so warm. We got to meet the dog, cat, chickens, geese, horses, and a few of the 145 goats. It was an intimate experience led by Nicolas, and both the cheese and wines were fantastic. We're taking a few bottles home to the US, and we're keeping their info for when they hit it big!El Flood17 Juin 2024Really lovely authentic experience at a family run business. Delicious goat cheese, beautiful wine and fantastic scenery. Nicholas was an extremely welcoming and knowledgeable host! We received a warm welcome from Nicolas and his family, enjoyed the views of the mountains that inspired Cezanne, the wines and the delicious goat cheese from the farm. I also enjoyed petting all their endearing dogs! I would have wished to have seen the goats, but they were out grazing in the fields during our visit (which is better for the goats anyways)cyrielle Beaudouin28 Mai 2024Une superbe expérience à faire en couple ou entre amis !!!
