Château des Trois Sautets

The Château des Trois Sautets, nearAix en Provence, tells a unique story where AOC Palette vineyards and Rove goat breeding combine. The 3 brothers collaborate with dedication, creating refined wines thanks to the AOC Palette and raising goats in a bucolic setting.

The Château's vines, witnesses of family know-how, give birth to exceptional wines. The originality lies in the harmonious cohabitation with the Rove goats, which add a rural touch. The cheeses, delicious products of this breeding, enrich the taste experience.

The enchanting environment of the Château offers a sensory escape. The scents of the vines, the charming presence of the goats and the tranquil atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence create a unique visual and olfactory experience.

The Château des Trois Sautets, much more than a farm, celebrates a family passion. It is a meeting between tradition and nature, offering visitors an experience rooted in the history and flavors of Provence.

Expressive nose, with aromas of fresh fruit (peach, citrus notes) and white flower (hawthorn).
Volume and length on the palate, with a general balance that retains freshness.
We find the notes of white fruits and the aromatic palette of the nose in the mouth.

Pink

Pale color with light blue-purple undertones.
Fresh nose, aromas of fresh strawberries, currants and citrus fruits.
In the mouth, length, freshness as well.
Beautiful aromatic power, with notes of fresh red fruits and citrus fruits.

Red

A red with a splendid color, purple with ruby reflections.
An open and fresh nose, with aromas of raspberry and fresh strawberry.
On the palate, discover a beautiful length, enveloping with a slightly vanilla finish and toasted by the barrel.

Visit and Tasting

Come visit the vineyard, its cellar and the goat farm. You will be able to discover our know-how throughout the visit and satisfy your taste buds by tasting the castle's wines accompanied by our Brousse du Rove AOP farm products and cheeses.

  Super accueil ! Nous avons adoré notre visite. La visite est complète (ferme, cave avec explications très intéressantes) et la cerise sur le gâteau : Dégustation de vins et fromage fait maison avec une vue magnifique sur la Sainte-Victoire !

  Magnifique lieu, terroir d'exception, pépite montante de l'exclusive appellation Palette, le Château des Trois Sautets vous accueil comme chez vous dans en cadre unique pour déguster des vrais nectars, à boire dans sa jeunesse ou laisser vieillir en cave, déclinés dans les trois couleurs, à marier avec les merveilleux fromages du Rove de Laurence, le tout, en face de l'imposante et précieuse Montagne Sainte Victoire.   Le Château des Trois Sautets est un véritable trésor caché ! Mon expérience là-bas a été absolument remarquable, en grande partie grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné de l'équipe. Les vins sont d’une grande qualité et amène un vent de fraîcheur sur l’appellation Palette.
